The types of appointments we offer are:-

Telephone triage - If you feel your problem cannot wait until the next routine appointment, we now offer a system whereby you can speak to a GP on the phone who will decide the best / most appropriate way of dealing with your problem. Emegency consultations will be seen the same day by the Duty Doctor. Please be aware there may be a wait to see the Duty Doctor particularly if they have been called away on an emergency home visit.

Face to face ten minute - opened up 28 days in advance for routine booking every session.  The receptionists will offer you the earliest appointment with the GP of your choice. At busy times of the year you may have to wait a little longer than usual to see a doctor of your choice .

Routine telephone calls - Some problems can be dealt with (or a plan of action started) exclusively by telephone consultation. Doctors are available to speak to at several points during the day. Phone reception and you will be advised to phone back at a particular time or asked to leave your number for the doctor to call you back.
