The types of appointments we offer are:

• URGENT Telephone appointment

If you feel your problem is urgent, we have a limited number of same day telephone appointments with a GP. They will speak to you and advise the most appropriate way of dealing with your problem.

• ROUTINE Face to face or telephone appointment

Please attend your appointment on time.

Please let us know if you are running late. If you are late, you may have missed your appointment and will need to rebook it.

If you need a home visit, please request this before 11:00. A GP will contact you to discuss your symptoms, and authorise a visit if necessary.

You may also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice.

Routine appointments are available Monday to Friday, 6:30pm and 8pm.

If you need urgent medical advice when the surgery is closed, you should continue to call NHS 111.
